Terms of sale
Each market has its own price list; you are invoiced in the currency shown on the site at the time of your order. Sending a brief does not start production and does not commit either party. Production starts only after the scope is confirmed in writing, the brief is approved and payment is received.
Services
- Starter — 490 AUD, one-off: 1 finished ad video for 1 product, up to 15 seconds, in 1080p, in the aspect ratio requested (9:16, 1:1, 16:9 or 4:5 — any ratio Higgsfield supports), editing and assembly, one consolidated round of revisions, MP4 without watermark. The creative direction is sent for approval before production. Delivered within 5 business days of payment, usable files and approved brief.
- Scale — quoted, from 320 AUD per video, minimum 4 videos per month: a monthly volume agreed in writing with the client, covering the number of videos, up to 2 products included per month (more on request), the hook families and the delivery dates. Each video runs up to 15 seconds, in 1080p, in the aspect ratio requested (9:16, 1:1, 16:9 or 4:5). Includes one consolidated round of revisions per delivery and one free shot regeneration per delivery. The price per video decreases as the agreed monthly volume rises. Scale is not available below 4 videos per month; for a smaller need, the Starter service applies. Invoiced month by month; either party may stop with 30 days written notice. Where a client reduces the agreed volume below 4 videos in a month, the monthly rate reverts to the Starter unit price for that month.
- Launch offer: the first 20 brands to place a Starter order receive it at 370 AUD instead of 490 AUD. The offer applies to the Starter service only, is tracked by Scaleyo Studio rather than by a code, and ends once 20 orders have been honoured at that rate — whichever comes first between that count and any date Scaleyo Studio announces.
- Options: extra product 290 AUD, extra format per video 190 AUD, pack of 12 still images 290 AUD, priority delivery 290 AUD, videos up to 30 seconds 400 AUD. Options are quoted and invoiced separately.
Order, product check and payment
No payment is taken on the site and no card details are collected. After receiving an order, Scaleyo Studio checks within 48 business hours that the product is suitable for this method and falls within what the studio produces, and replies either way. Where it is not suitable, no invoice is issued and no charge is made. Where it is, Scaleyo Studio issues an invoice stating the scope, the formats, the delivery date and the bank details. Payment is by bank transfer. Production starts once the transfer is received and the creative direction is approved. Monthly plans are invoiced month by month, with no automatic debit and no stored payment method; either party may stop with 30 days written notice, and any delivery already invoiced is still delivered.
Length of the delivered videos
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each delivered video runs up to 15 seconds. Length is not guaranteed and is set by the approved creative direction: Scaleyo Studio does not lengthen a video beyond what the concept supports, and a shorter delivered video is not a defect. Videos of up to 30 seconds are available as a priced option (400 AUD). Beyond 30 seconds, the work is quoted separately.
Not included in the deliverable
The delivered videos contain no music and no subtitles. Scaleyo Studio does not add a soundtrack and does not add captions; the client adds them if they wish, using their own licences and their own wording. Scaleyo Studio also does not produce representations of a human face. These three exclusions apply to every service listed above and are not defects.
The deliverable is the finished ad video. Intermediate images, generated clips, keyframes, prompts and project files are internal production material and are not delivered unless agreed in writing and quoted separately.
Order and payment
After a fit check, Scaleyo Studio confirms in writing what is included, the formats, the delivery dates and the exclusions, then sends a payment link. Payment is by secure card payment or bank transfer. No production starts before payment and brief approval. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled with 30 days written notice; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and any batch already scheduled in that period is still delivered.
Payment terms
Every invoice states Scaleyo Studio's business registration number, the currency, the amount due and the bank details. Invoices are payable on receipt: production is scheduled once the funds arrive, and the announced delivery time runs from that date, not from the date the invoice was sent. An international transfer commonly takes one to three business days to clear.
Invoices are issued in the currency shown on the site at the time of the order. Any transfer, correspondent or intermediary bank fees are borne by the client: the amount credited to Scaleyo Studio's account must equal the invoiced amount. Where a shortfall arises from such fees, the balance is invoiced and production is scheduled once it is settled. A quote or an invoice remains valid for 14 days.
On monthly plans, the invoice for each cycle is issued before that cycle begins. There is no automatic debit, no stored payment method and no direct debit mandate: each month is settled by a separate transfer. Where a monthly invoice is unpaid, deliveries for that cycle are suspended until it is settled, without terminating the agreement.
Creative direction and approval
Before production, the client receives a one-page creative direction: hooks, angles, messages and calls to action. Production starts only once the client approves it. A change of hook, concept, product, script or creative direction requested after approval is a new creation, quoted separately, and is not a revision.
Revisions
One consolidated round of changes is included per delivery. A round covers: pacing, cuts and shot order; on-screen text (wording, position, timing, size); substituting a take already produced; colour grade; and re-export in any format already included in the plan. On the Scale plan, one regeneration of a single shot is also included per delivery.
Product fidelity corrections are free, unlimited, and never count against the included round. Where a delivered shot misrepresents the product — wrong colour, wrong shape, wrong logo, an object that should not be present — Scaleyo Studio corrects it at no charge.
Quoted separately, as a new creation: a different hook or concept after the creative direction was approved; a different product than the one briefed; regeneration of every shot in a video; a second round of changes once the first is closed; a format not included in the plan. Fixed prices: regeneration of one shot 90 AUD, extra round of changes 190 AUD, new or rebuilt video 330 AUD.
Scaleyo Studio states which side of this boundary a request falls on, in writing, before carrying out the work. No revision work outside the included round is ever invoiced without the client's prior written agreement.
Feedback must be sent as a single list per delivery, with video number, timecode and the change requested.
If no feedback is received within 3 business days of a preview being delivered, the batch is treated as approved so that the delivery schedule holds.
Delivery
Previews are delivered with a watermark through a private Google Drive link. After approval, final files are delivered without watermark via Google Drive and remain available for 30 days. The client is responsible for downloading and archiving the files.
Usage rights and intellectual property
After full payment, Scaleyo Studio transfers to the client every right it holds in the delivered final videos, for commercial digital use: social platforms, ad platforms, product pages and digital uses related to the brand, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is informed that, in several jurisdictions, material generated purely by an artificial intelligence system may not attract copyright protection for lack of human authorship. Scaleyo Studio therefore transfers all rights it holds but does not warrant that every element of the delivered videos is protectable by copyright, nor that the client can prevent a third party from using a similar generated output. To be confirmed with a lawyer for the client's and the studio's jurisdictions.
AI disclosure and labelling
The delivered videos are produced using artificial intelligence tools. Several jurisdictions and advertising platforms require content generated or manipulated by AI to be disclosed or labelled — in the European Union, the transparency obligations of Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 apply from 2 August 2026, and the labelling duty can fall on the party that decides how AI is used rather than on the party that owns the campaign.
For every project, the parties agree in writing before publication which of them applies the required label, in what form, and on which platforms. Where the client publishes and distributes the videos, the client remains responsible for compliance with the labelling rules applicable in the markets in which the videos are run. Allocation to be confirmed with a lawyer for each target market.
Assets, permissions and third-party tools
The client warrants that they own or hold the necessary rights and permissions for the photos, logos, trade marks, texts, music, references, faces and any other assets sent to Scaleyo Studio, and indemnifies Scaleyo Studio against any third-party claim arising from those assets.
The client acknowledges and accepts that the assets sent are processed by third-party AI services in order to produce the videos, and that those services apply their own terms. Scaleyo Studio does not sell client assets and does not use them for another client's project. Where a client requires a specific guarantee that their assets will not be used to train third-party models, this must be raised before the order so the appropriate tooling can be arranged.
Advertising claims
Scaleyo Studio does not produce fake certifications, fake reviews or testimonials, fake results, fake before-and-after comparisons, fake discounts, fake scarcity, or health and commercial claims that the client cannot substantiate. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the claims they ask to have included, and for compliance with the consumer protection and advertising laws of the markets in which the videos are run. Scaleyo Studio may refuse or stop a project on these grounds.
Cancellation and refunds
If production has not started, a cancellation may be reviewed and refunded in whole or in part. Once production has started, amounts paid may be retained in full or in part depending on project progress and the resources already committed. A prepaid quarter is not refunded pro rata unless Scaleyo Studio fails to deliver.
Limits of the method
AI tools produce visual variation and imperfections. Every product scene is generated from a real photo supplied by the client and is checked against that photo before delivery, but Scaleyo Studio does not warrant a result identical to traditional photo or video production, nor the exact reproduction of a specific detail, nor any level of sales, ROAS, cost per acquisition, conversion, reach or advertising performance. Where a delivered video does not match the approved brief, Scaleyo Studio corrects or replaces it; where it cannot, that video is not billed.

Privacy policy
Scaleyo Studio collects only what is voluntarily submitted through forms, email or project exchanges: name, email, optional phone number, brand, product information, asset links and what is needed to produce the work.
This data is used to answer enquiries, assess fit, manage orders, produce and deliver files, and follow up with clients. It is not sold.
Data may be stored in Netlify, Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Gmail), and the third-party AI services used in production. No payment data is collected or stored: invoices are settled by bank transfer, outside this site. For access, correction or deletion requests, write to contact@scaleyostudio.com.
